Hi Martin,

Thank you for your response. I have scrolled down and yes, I can see that I had correspondence with Mohamed, where I confirmed that our company will participate in ITB Trade Show. However, we have not arranged a meeting with Mohamed for a particular date and time - I cannot see this in our correspondence records.

If Mohamed is interested to know the name of the person who will be representing our company at this show, then please let me know and I will obtain this information. Please let me know if you require any further details so I can try and find them for you.

Thanks for your e-mail. Further to your e-mail, coudl you please confirm who Mohamed was in contact with regarding a meeting at ITB Trade Show? I have checked our records and cannot see any previous correspondence between us and Mohamed. This will help me to locate who Mohamed was dealing with before, so I cna get in touch with this person and obtain the details of arranged meeting at ITB, Berlin.
